The Learning Experience - Franklin is looking for a dependable, experienced Floater Teacher to join our team as soon as possible.

If you enjoy working with different age groups, supporting classroom teams, and making a meaningful difference throughout the school day, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as assigned

Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom ratios

Assist with L.E.A.P. Curriculum activities and classroom routines

Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions

Engage children through stories, art, music, movement, and play

Provide consistent support to Lead Teachers

Build positive relationships with families and coworkers

Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms

Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for assigned age groups

Previous professional childcare or early childhood experience preferred

Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Must meet EEC requirements for assigned classroom responsibilities
